During special projects such as a Technology refresh or a Terminal development / expansion project there is a need for enhanced coordination between the various stakeholders (Client, IT Systems Suppliers, Third Party agencies) to ensure that the Program activities progress as per the project timelines. Our consultants have been involved in managing the implementation program of 14-15 Suppliers (third party IT System vendors) across all phases of the project; namely, Design, Supply, Implement, Test, Commission and Handover.
