Systems Commissioning

System Commissioning is a critical phase of a Project Deployment, where the System is meticulously tested to verify and validate that it is fit for purpose – i.e designed as required, operates as designed, and meets the performance criteria for System Acceptance.  

Our consultants bring in a combination of technological and deep domain expertise to ensure commissioning activities are exhaustive. This is true for Airports, Healthcare, or Banking solutions such as Core Banking, online banking, policy administration or claims processing). Our consultants have worked with System Providers to review the test plans and specifications across the various Test phases, and ensure they submit the test plans, test specifications, test summary reports, logs, root cause analysis for defects or issues encountered. These documents are reviewed and commented by our consultants with inputs and recommendations to the Client if there are deviations or/and workarounds. These deviations/work arounds are tracked and documented in the Operations and Maintenance manuals as part of the Handover.
